Test EXEC_OBJECT_NEEDS_32BADDRESS flag to use reserved 32b segment.
Driver will try to use lower PDPs of each PPGTT for the objects
requiring Wa32bitGeneralStateOffset or Wa32bitInstructionBaseOffset.
