Changes done:
- Renamed refresh_rate_type to current_refresh_rate, for better
reading
- Replaced 'int refresh_rate' parameter to
'enum drrs_refresh_rate_type rate_type', refresh_rate is only used to
print debug information
- Removed all the parameter error checks, all of that is already
checked or guaranteed in the callers
