 libspice-server.so.1.2.0

The old was:
 libspice-server.so.1.0.2

I am confusing with old the patches bumping library version..
Can you just make one instead?

hmm, why? isn't it cleaner this way? granted, it's a bit pointless since we are never going to release this.
